BLU Tron Terms of Service

Effective date: 29 October 2026 · Version: 1.0

These terms govern your use of BLU Tron (the "Service"), provided by Transatron Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16620180) ("Transatron", "we", "us"). Our registered office address is shown on our Transatron Privacy Policy page. Please read them before you sign in. By signing in, using an API key or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms. Our BLU Tron Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.

1. The Service

BLU Tron is a research tool over a decoded copy of the public TRON blockchain. You reach it through an MCP connector in your AI assistant, from your own software with an API key, or as otherwise agreed with us. Each answer comes with the query that produced it, the block height it ran at and the transaction hashes behind it, so it can be re-checked. BLU Tron gives you facts recorded on the blockchain, not financial advice (see section 5).

The Service is read-only: it cannot move, hold or exchange crypto-assets, sign transactions or change anything on the blockchain. BLU Tron contains no AI model; your AI assistant is a third-party service governed by its provider's terms, and we are not responsible for what it does with our results.

2. Beta and free plan

The Service is currently offered as a free beta. During the beta:

  • it is provided without any service level, and we may change, limit or interrupt features, quotas and limits;
  • beta accounts end on 27 February 2027 unless we extend them;
  • we may reset data once, with notice;
  • we may end the beta or move it to paid plans, with at least 14 days' notice by email for any change that requires payment. You will never be charged without agreeing to it first, and before you pay anything we will give you the information and cancellation rights the law requires.

3. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in and API keys secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Tell us at support@transatron.io if you suspect your account or key is compromised; we will revoke it.
  • You must be at least 18 and use the Service for lawful professional, research, journalistic or compliance purposes.
  • You must not be, or act for, a person subject to UK, EU, UN or US sanctions, and you must not be in a country or territory under comprehensive sanctions.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service to stalk, harass, dox or unlawfully profile any individual, or to identify an individual for an unlawful purpose;
  • use it to evade sanctions, launder money or assist any crime, or let any person subject to UK, EU, UN or US sanctions use it or its results;
  • exceed or circumvent quotas, rate limits or cost limits, run automated load beyond your plan, or probe, scan or attack the Service;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, or extract our dataset or the label data in bulk to build a competing dataset or service;
  • remove the evidence (query, block height, hashes) from answers you present to others as BLU Tron results;
  • reverse-engineer the Service except as the law allows.

We may suspend or end access that breaches these rules, immediately where needed to protect the Service, other users or any person, or where the law or a regulator requires it. Where the law stops us from giving reasons, we will not give them.

5. Data, labels and evidence

  • Blockchain data is public. Our copy reflects the blockchain as indexed by us; it may lag the network or contain errors from decoding. We serve only solidified (final) blocks.
  • Labels (for example "exchange" or "scam") come from a licensed third party. They describe addresses, not people. They are that source's opinion, may be wrong or out of date, and are not a finding by Transatron that any person did anything. Do not treat a label as proof.
  • Evidence. The evidence on each answer (the query, the block height and the transaction hashes) lets you or others re-run the query against the same block height. It is a record of what our Service returned, not a certification that the answer is fit for any legal proceeding, regulatory filing or decision.
  • No advice. The Service does not provide legal, compliance, tax, financial or investment advice (see "Facts, not financial advice" below), and it does not identify who owns or controls an address. You are responsible for your conclusions and the actions you take on them.

Facts, not financial advice. BLU Tron provides facts recorded on the TRON blockchain and calculations over those facts. It does not give financial, investment, tax or trading advice and does not recommend any action. This applies to everything the Service returns, including figures about staking, voting rewards, energy or bandwidth, lending, borrowing, yields or APY, token prices or values, and the activity of any address, token, contract or platform. Such figures describe what happened on the blockchain up to a given block. They are not a forecast, an offer, or a statement that any asset, platform or operation is suitable, safe or profitable for you. Past rates and returns do not show future ones. Transatron is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not give investment advice. If your AI assistant or any other tool turns our results into a recommendation, that recommendation is not ours. Before you make a financial decision, check the facts yourself and, where appropriate, get advice from a qualified adviser. Sections 8 and 9 say what we are responsible for and how our liability is limited; this paragraph does not change them.

  • What you publish is yours. If you publish or repeat a statement about a person based on a label or an answer, you are its publisher and responsible for it. If what you do with results involves other people's personal data, you are responsible for your own compliance with data protection law.

6. Your content and feedback

Your queries and results are yours to use. You give us the rights we need to run the Service on them, as described in the Privacy Policy. We keep your queries private: we do not show them to other users, publish them, sell them, use them to train any model or send them to any AI provider (your own assistant receives only the answers to its own requests); we keep the records the Privacy Policy describes and disclose them only where the law requires or in the other cases the Privacy Policy describes (protecting our rights or users, and a sale of our business). If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you; we will ask before quoting you publicly.

7. Our rights

We or our licensors own the Service, our software, the decoded dataset we provide, our detectors and our documentation. These terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes while your account is active, and to use the answers you obtain, with their evidence, in your own work. Nothing else is transferred to you.

8. What we promise, and what we do not

We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. The Service is a free beta: beyond that, and so far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or fit for a particular purpose, or that any label is correct. Each answer carries its evidence so that you can check it.

9. Liability

This section limits our liability to you. Please read it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise:

  • we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any loss that was not foreseeable to both of us when you accepted these terms;
  • we are not liable for decisions you or others make based on the Service, an answer or a label;
  • we are not liable for the TRON network itself (its availability, finality, reorganisations or protocol changes) or for your AI assistant;
  • our total liability to you under these terms in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for the Service in that period and GBP 100.

You are responsible for loss you cause others by breaking section 4 or by what you publish.

10. Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may end your access immediately for a serious breach of these terms or where the law or a regulator requires it, and otherwise with at least 14 days' notice by email. Sections 5 to 11 survive.

11. Changes, law and general

We may change these terms for a good reason, for example a change in the law, in the Service or in our business. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and email you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before they took effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service before it takes effect; you can delete your account at any time.

English law governs these terms. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also use your local courts, and if you live outside the United Kingdom these terms do not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Only you and we have rights under these terms.
