Terms of Service

Welcome to Transatron (the “Service”), operated by Transatron Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

BLU Tron is covered by its own BLU Tron Terms of Service.

1. What Transatron Is

Transatron provides non-custodial infrastructure services for the Tron blockchain, including but not limited to:

  • Enabling transactions without holding TRX by paying fees in supported tokens (e.g., USDT);
  • Supporting token swaps (e.g., USDT ↔ TRX) to cover transaction fees;
  • Providing integrations for wallets, businesses, and platforms to optimise transaction costs; and
  • Offering features such as batching, scheduling, and resource optimisation.

2. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • You have the legal right and authority to enter into these Terms; and
  • You are not prohibited by law or regulation from using blockchain services in your country.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You may need to create an account or connect a wallet to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and connected wallet secure.
  • Notify us immediately at company@transatron.io if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or resell the Service without our consent;
  • Use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited activities; or
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) unless explicitly permitted by us.

5. Fees, Payments, and Tokens

  • Some features may involve fees (e.g., transaction costs, scheduling, resource usage).
  • Fees may be payable in USDT, TRX, or other supported tokens as specified within the Service.
  • We may adjust fees from time to time by posting updates on our website or within the Service.
  • Token swaps are subject to market conditions, available liquidity, and exchange rates at the time of execution.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by or licensed to Transatron Ltd.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended and permitted by these Terms.
  • You retain ownership of your data and content, but grant us permission to host, store, transmit, and process it to deliver the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Service may integrate with third-party platforms or wallets.
  • We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or terms.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that transaction fees, swaps, or optimisations will result in cost savings or that blockchain transactions will be executed without delay, failure, or reorganisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Transatron Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims in the aggregate shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transatron Ltd, its officers, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your: (a) use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) breach of applicable law or regulation; or (c) infringement or misappropriation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we believe your use may harm us or others.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • The latest version will be available at https://transatron.io/legal/terms.
  • Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless a different forum is required by applicable law.
